Developer / Village Property Manager
The Long Bay area is being developed by Templeton Group, we regularly have Nigel McKenna speaking at our LBRA events. You can contact Templeton Group through their website, or email info@templetongroup.co.nz. There is a dedicated website for Long Bay. Previously Todd Property developed the Long Bay area. The Long Bay area has many specific covenants on property titles and the Long Bay Design Guidelines also applies for most new build properties.
The Long Bay village is managed by Viranda Holdings. If you would like LBRA to contact Viranda on your behalf please contact us.

Community Book Library
There is a small publicly available book swap / library with 60+ books at 19 Headland Drive Long Bay, and a children’s book shelf at the Long Bay Sales Suite, 57 Glenvar Ridge Road sponsored by Ming Liu – Harcourts. Books are free to take or swap, please contact us or Ming for anything in relation to these book libraries.
